First runs are made after reservations open, which is how we keep runs small and quality high. The ship window on each product page is the window we actually believe. If it moves, you hear it from us first, with the reason, and you can release your reservation at any time.
You get an email at each step: reservation held, run in production, inspection complete, shipped with tracking.
